Our Knives

We make the handles of our custom culinary knives from a single block of hardwood selected for its distinctive grain pattern, complex figuring, and rich deep color.

We handcraft each handle and mount it on a Damascus finish blade forged from VG-10 stainless steel, an alloy developed during the 1950s by the Takefu Special Steel Corporation. VG-10 is among the finest materials available for culinary blades. It is very hard without being brittle and will hold a razor-sharp edge for a long time.
